By accessing or using the One Life Merch website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products & Ordering

All products sold on One Life Merch are custom print-on-demand items produced by Printful upon receipt of your order. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference; slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment via the methods provided at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and the selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Coupon Codes & Promotions

Coupon codes are issued at our discretion and may be subject to expiration dates, usage limits, and minimum order requirements. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to void coupons that are misused or obtained fraudulently.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, product designs, and text, is the property of One Life Church or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Life Merch and One Life Church shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alexandria, Virginia.
